๐ For the 2-bedroom units, the rate is for for 4 persons only. 500 pesos per extra person in excess of 4.
Up to a maximum of 8 persons only.
๐ For 1-bedroon units, the rate is for 2 persons only. 350 pesos per extra person in excess of 2.

๐ One (1) paid parking slot subject to availability.
๐ต Parking rate is 300 pesos per 22hrs (2pm-12nn). Payment is thru GCash.
๐ชช Please provide a Drivers License, OR/CR and Visitors Authorization Form approved by the admin to process your parking permit.
๐ When parked, please leave a copy of the parking permit inside the car. Make sure the permit is visible for the guards to check. ๐ This is to avoid from getting towed or ticketed for illegal parking.
๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐๐น๐ฒ๐
๐ชช Please provide valid government-issued IDs for all guests. This will be used for the issuance of visitors authorization.
๐ Use of amenities such as pool, gym, and courts will be 150 pesos each.
๐ต Incidental deposit of 1,000 pesos (1BR) or 2,000 pesos (2BR) will be collected upon check in and will be returned upon check out when thereโs no missing or damages incurred in the property.
โ Early check in or late check out when available will be extra 300 pesos per hour.
๐ Missing towels will be charged 500 pesos each.
๐ก If you are coming on a weekend or on a holiday and planning to use the pool, pls get the pool pass before lunch time on Saturdays. The admin office is open only until 12noon and closed on Sundays and HOLIDAYS. You can also pay in advance and I will get it for you. ๐
